WELCOME TO MY WORLD!

My name is Chantese, but everyone calls me Tese…. 

My culinary background & experience in the kitchen is primarily rooted to my childhood. Being the oldest of  7 grandchildren, I was blessed to witness first hand my great-grandmother, grandmother & mother’s kitchen skills while rolling up my sleeves & getting my hands in the pot as well. If it wasn’t for my grandmother “Mema” saying everything HAD to be made from scratch, I don’t know where I’d be today! 

 

I’ve ALWAYS been a cook, but it wasn’t until a few years ago that I realized it was a part of my purpose & legacy. Today, I am a culinary artist, private chef, caterer, & soon to be author.
